About Nancy

Nancy Dahl, ARNP, entered the medical field in 1991 as a certified nursing assistant. While earning her bachelor of science degree and her master of science in nursing degree, she has cared for patients in multiple areas including out-patient surgery, in-patient hospital care, cardiac care, and specialized urology care. During this time, she became a licensed practical nurse, then a registered nurse.

In 2000, she began her continued education in a master's degree program, studying the science of nursing. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of South Florida and is now licensed as a board-certified family nurse practitioner with more than 25 years of experience providing quality care.

With a background in family medicine, cardiology, and urology, Nancy has a wealth of experience. She uses her varied background to take an encompassing approach to medicine, going beyond treating symptoms by assessing the whole patient. She emphasizes preventive medicine and advocates for a healthier lifestyle, sharing her love for wellness with patients.

Nancy is loved by her patients and an enormous asset to the team at Advanced Urology Institute. Her compassion and bright personality put patients at ease and foster long-term relationships of trust in her practice.

Committed to keeping up-to-date in the field, Nancy is active in her professional group memberships, including the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners, the American Nurses Association, the Florida Nurse Association, and the Tampa Bay Urological Society.

Personal Interests

Nancy has lived in Florida for more than 20 years now. Outside of work, she can be found spending time with her family. She enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle, taking advantage of the beautiful Florida weather for kayaking, cycling, hiking, and standup paddling boarding. She also loves belly dancing and weightlifting. Nancy tries to travel as much as possible, both internationally as well as within the country.
